Welcome to Fantastic Books and Where to Find Them!

As you may know, we are a book reviews site, but we also do lots of others things like Fandom Fridays, Book Quotes, Character Duels, Top TensStories, Polls, and Challenges.

Who writes our blog’s posts, you may ask? We have a quartet of fanwarriors at your service:

Kitty Queen

We also have a couple guest authors who do not always post regularly but will post occasionally:

Professor Pusheen

Sasha Herondale

We run Fantastic Books and Where to Find Them and strive to make your experience here the best it can be!

You may be wondering how our blog was founded. Well, we are a group of friends who all love to read and simply decided one day to create a blog to spread the joys of reading and writing.

Kitty Queen

Hello human beings, I’m Katherine, but you can call me Kitty. (That’s totally my real name.) When I was younger, I found that I had a severe case of bibliomania. Ever since then, I’ve read anything I could get my hands on, from novels to cereal boxes to anything about cats. I adore cats, in case you can’t tell, but I like dogs just as much. (This is a bio so I can talk about myself right?) In my opinion, both Marvel and DC are equal and people should stop arguing about it. Apparently I’m most like Doctor Doom and my namesake, Kitty Pryde. I’m also a Pisces, psychic (precognitive and its Calle do TAROT not card reading and I’m the best on this site) , and archer who aspires to become a toxophilite (In this situation referring to an expert at archery, not a bow-lover. I have no special affection for bows.),obsessed with shuffling cards repeatedly, and a mutant from a parallel universe. I’m currently in Latveria, but used to reside in Everywhere and Nowhere. =^.^= Reading is amazing and people should do it more often… I’m done here. THE END.

Kitty posts reviews on Thursday, hosts character duels on Tuesday, takes part in Fandom Friday on Friday, and Book Quotes @ 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Hello, dear readers! In case you haven’t noticed the giant bolded name above this, my name is Tallulah Fitzgerald, but feel free to call me Tully. 🙂 Like my other co-authors on this site, reading has been a pursuit of mine since, well… Forever. There have been very few books I’ve not been able to stomach, almost everything with a cover and pages in between being completely devoured with a fervor. (Figuratively, people, figuratively. As much as I like books, they would not go well digested.)

I usually read YA fiction, but a couple of classics and children’s books sometimes sneak their way in. I mean, the Harry Potter series is considered children’s books, right? Proud Potterhead, here! *insert Hedwig’s Theme* I also completely adore mystery, mythology, magical or simply anything with a snarky main character with a snappy comeback.

Tully posts reviews on Friday, Top Ten List on Monday, Fandom Friday on (you guessed it!) Friday, and Book Quotes @ 10 a.m. on Saturday.

I’m very tempted to write a giant bio about me here (narssicism is a curse sometimes..) but I’ll try to keep it relatively short.

Hello! I’m Ardyth. I’m a human being on this strange planet called Earth. I am very busy with multiple activities taking up my schedule, but one thing I can always make time for is reading. From brochures to bibliographies, reading has held a special place in my heart. My all time favorite book series is the Harry Potter series. I also prefer reading YA and fantasy sci-fi books. I also love writing, and write whenever I can. If I’m not reading, I’m debating, doing gymnastics, or dancing. I take (some) pride in my psychic skills, including having precognitive visions since I was a third grader and aura/atmosphere reading, and will often compete with Kitty over which one of us is the better tarot/playing card reader (I am, of course. She may argue that she’s a better reader, but you all know who’s the best here, don’t you? ).

I write reviews and stories on FBAW2FT (I know, that’s one crazy acronym.)  Feel free to talk to me about anything and everything.  Chances are that I will have an opinion on that subject. If you are wondering what my posting schedule is, check out that italicized writing under this. That’s all I have to say…for now.

An angel with a bad streak and the devil with a heart…

Ardyth posts reviews on Tuesday, Stories on Wednesday, Fandom Friday on (none other than) Friday, and Book Quotes @ 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Hi! I’m 90937 and I like to read and write. Ever since I picked up some Roald Dahl and Guardians of Ga’Hoole in 3rd grade, I’ve devoured multiple series(es?) ranging from the Inheritance Cycle to Alex Rider to Harry Potter to Legend to Mr. Lemoncello’s Library to the Heroes of Olympus. So whether you’re a Dragon Rider, wizard/witch, demigod/half-blood, or a bookworm who’s done it all, I’ve got the reviews for you!

90937 posts reviews on Sunday, polls on Monday, Fandom Friday on Friday (duh!) and Book Quotes @ 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Professor Pusheen

Hey everyone!  Call me Professor Pusheen~  I’m a (secret?) professor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and a fellow Potterhead!  Reading a good ol’ book has been one of my favorite pastimes for as long as I can remember.  My book preference is usually a rom-com, fantasy, comedy, or mystery, and happy, well-paced endings are a must!  If you haven’t noticed already, Harry Potter has claimed first place in my list of favorite book series!  Besides being a bookworm, I’m also a gamer, artist, musician, and…a MARTIAN! *gasps*

Sasha Herondale

Hallo everyone! I love reading A LOT, to the point where I have no self control and cannot put good books down. You’ll find me at 2:00 A.M. secretly reading in bed using my phone flashlight and ending up extreme back pain + a brain that stops functioning. I’m so excited to share book recommendations, book reviews, and crazy book talks (with me losing my mind at everything that went down in a certain book) with everyone here on Fantastic Books and Where to find them. My favorite “series” of all time are Harry Potter (of course, like come on), The Infernal Devices, and The Hunger Games. Yes, Mockingjay is just as fantastic as the other two, you are wrong if you think it’s unneeded and boring.  I love YA fantasy, YA Contemporary, and YA Sci-Fi!  So whether you’re a muggle OR a witch, wizard, downworlder, assassin, shadowhunter, faerie, demigod, and EVERYTHING possible out there(wow, I’m jealous)… we hope you find something on our site that satisfies your reading craves!

Mr. CheeriO

Hi guys!!! My name is Mr. CheeriO and I LOVE to READ!!! Picking up a book and escaping to that magical place has been one of my most favorite things to do since forever and I hope that you all as readers find that same passion when it comes to books!!! 🙂 My book preferences include all things MAGIC, WIZARDS, and DRAGONS although I do like the occasional Rom-com and a good comedy. While I’m not absorbed in a book, I’m a debater, baller, dancer, and an awkward turtle (teehee) :):):):)
